I am a Humanistic counsellor with many years’ experience with a wide range of clients. In particular I have extensive experience working with teenagers (from 16 years) and young adults, having worked in both further and higher educational settings. My work teaching Life Coaching and stress management often proves to be a useful tool when working with this age group.

Everyone has times in their life when they feel unhappy, stressed or worried. If these feelings are kept to yourself they may lead to further unhappiness and increased distress. In response to this as a professional practitioner I offer either long term, open ended therapy with reviews, or short term therapy, usually six sessions, I work from home and also from the The Consulting Rooms, London SW3, both of which are quiet, private and comfortable spaces where your confidentiality is assured.
